Megastudies LLC – Educational Consultancy & Digital Transformation (2018 – Present)
When I founded Megastudies LLC, my vision was to create a bridge for international students seeking education opportunities in Ukraine. The project began as a consultancy but quickly evolved into a digitally driven platform that simplified the entire admission process.
My Role & Contributions
Website Development & Management: I personally designed, developed, and maintained the company’s website using WordPress and no-code tools. This platform became the central hub for students to access information, apply online, and track their admission status.
Student Support System: I integrated tools that allowed students to upload documents securely, communicate with staff, and receive updates in real-time.
Operational Leadership: As Director, I oversaw daily operations, supervised a small team, and coordinated with universities and government authorities.
Challenges & Solutions
One of the biggest challenges was ensuring trust and credibility in a competitive industry. To address this, I developed partnerships with multiple Ukrainian universities and positioned Megastudies as an official representative. I also incorporated multilingual support into the platform to serve students from diverse backgrounds.
Achievements
Helped hundreds of international students secure admission and settle in Ukraine.
Built a reputation as a trusted educational partner for both students and universities.
Demonstrated how technology can simplify complex bureaucratic processes in education.
